Following the disruptions onset by the pandemic struggles of the past year, our SH’otel experts have especially channeled our focus towards helping employers and employees reconnect on a page where the interests of both parties will be better managed. Studies have shown that, due to a lack of contingency plan to mitigate such economic recession, the accommodation, dining, travel, and recreation industries had to lay-off and retrench nearly half its global work force during the period of lockdown. Particular, in Bangladesh, where such pan-industry depression had not been experienced by the contemporary generation of work force, this event led to the disenchantment of the, thus far, glamorous world of hospitality. As the economy resuscitates, at SH’otel, we have extended our scope of talent hunt and placement with a systematic approach towards scouting out a variety of local and overseas industries that are currently facing a labor deficit and look forward to actively contributing towards a new wave of global emancipation for the international hospitality work force.
